After banning Galaxy Nexus, Apple lawyers tries To Ban Samsung Galaxy S3 sales the US
After Apple banned the Galaxy Nexus in the US. Apple lawyers has a new target, the Korean Companies brand new Galaxy S3, Apple is trying to ban the Galaxy S3 sales on its home town U.S. due to infringed patents.
Last Month, Apple filed a lawsuit in the U.S. requesting a sales ban on Samsung's new Galaxy S III and stop it from reaching the US carries, after doing the same with carriers in Australia. Apple claims that Samsung has infringed on Apple's user interface patents and other hardware related patens on the Galaxy S III. The jundge's decision regarding this case will be announced later this month.
